The team came a very close second in the competition losing narrowly with a combined total of 7386 points to Somerset's 7468. However, Gloucestershire's score was 8th in the "all time top ten team scores" since the competition began.

Jamie Courtenay and Felix Elliott-Berry will now progress to the English Schools' AA National Combined Competition which will be held at Derby on 16th and 17th September

Many congratulations and very well done to Neil. A sterling and remarkable set of performances (with 7 p.b.s set in the one competition !) saw him finish well clear of his opposition. The total would have ranked him second at the AAA's Championships. He has also improved his Decathlon total by 472 points since his last competition !
