Course description

King's Park is located on the outskirts of Bournemouth, between Littledown and Pokesdown, with easy access from the main by-pass. TIMETABLE

ARRANGEMENTS FOR TEAM DECLARATIONS
The blank team lists are now available on the DSAA website www.dsaa.org.uk. Follow the links and you will find your particular County's list in Excel format, which you can download in order to enter your athletes. Please list first the runners you most expect to run on the day. Remember that you can enter up to 16 athletes per category, with 10 to run and 6 to score. Please would you make sure that you have emailed your entries to me by Friday 24th February at the latest. My email address: iandenison@lineone.net

£1 per athlete up to a maximum of £10 per team.

AWARDS Team shields will be awarded to the winning counties in each category. Shields must be signed out on forms and returned to the race office at the 2007 Championships. Medals will be awarded to the first three individuals in each race and to the top ten members of the winning teams. Certificates will be awarded to the first six individuals in each race and to the winning team members.

NUMBERS
Athletes should run with the number against which they have been entered on the entry form. It should be worn on the front of the vest, firmly secured with pins (each county should bring their own supply of pins).
County numbers are the same as last year:
Avon 1 - 16; Gloucestershire 149 - 164; Cornwall 49 - 64; Somerset 165 - 180; Devon 65 - 80; Wiltshire 181 - 196; Dorset 81 - 96

FINISH ENVELOPES
Please remind your athletes that they must hand their finish disc in to their team manager immediately after finishing. Team managers should hand envelopes to the Results Steward.

CANCELLATION If any one county decides that they cannot travel because of adverse weather conditions, then the meeting will be cancelled as a Championships. However local counties may wish to proceed as a race. The final decision will rest with the South-West Cross-Country Coordinator, and will be taken by 12 noon on Thursday 2nd March. Any county having to withdraw must inform the Coordinator by this time:
